Prior to joining SSDH, Oyindamola served as Program Director for Regulatory Affairs at the Emerging Markets Investors Alliance, leading efforts to integrate climate, nature, and broader ESG considerations into sovereign debt markets. In this role, she collaborated closely with policymakers, asset managers, and multilateral institutions to shape sustainable financing.

She previously worked with the Standard Bank Group, managing fixed-income investment portfolios and conducting sovereign debt and credit risk assessments across emerging markets, with a strong emphasis on ESG integration.

Oyindamola’s expertise spans sovereign credit analysis, sustainability-linked financing, macroeconomic research, investment management, and high-level stakeholder engagement. She holds an MSc in Finance from University College London and a BSc in Economics from the University of Lagos.
